 WHAT WE NEED TO HAVE A BALANCED DIET?
To have a good balanced diet we should keep control between different types of food consuming at the right time, we should have the three meals a day and eat vegetables, of water, meat of drink eight glasses, milk, which are nutrients that give us energy and vitality
Junk food is delicious but not recommended for good like, they do not have nutritional requirements. Therefore itis advisable to stop consuming and replace them with healthy food
Myths about diets are wrong because many people are becoming, finding drug treatments or natural products for reducing the body, the most effective method the to stop eating improper food and eat, fruit, vegetables, plenty of water which are the healthiest way to bein shape
The food pyramid can help you to eat a variety of food encouraging to the right amount of calories and fat. Please note that the food pyramid is designed for people who do not have chronic health conditions
In conclusion
Follow a balanced diet low in saturated fats such as cholesterol, sugars, salt and alcohol, balance calories doing exercises

A GREAT WAY TO SPEND WITH THE FAMILY

My parents are outside the country ten years ago, for that reason my family is formed with my two younger brother and a sister. I take care of them because I am the oldest and try to make them feel happy and have fun.
The activity that we enjoy a lot is to go to the movies, sometimes we go every six times a month, also we visit to the zoo one a month. My little sister loves animals and I enjoy doing activities with her they are like my children and I love them very much.
I feel happy when they are, to concluide they are a blessing from god because thanks to Him, I can say that Ihave a wonderful life
